PTS Endurance Centre’s new home

We are very excited to be finally set up and running in our nice quite new premises in St Albans, Christchurch. A good place to come test yourself!

Mt Isobel challenge:

Michelle Prutton 8th senior female
Sharon Prutton won her masters category and in a time that would get her 4th overall women.
Lisa Kristiansen’s team placed 2nd in the vet category.

Christchurch marathon:

After only a couple months of getting into running, Dean Cameron smashed his half marathon goal time by 2mins finishing in a respectable 1hr 33mins.

Wednesday MTB Night racing series:

Brooke Hudson has been racing very well during this year’s series often winning the overall woman’s race. At this stage looks like the series jersey is safely on her shoulders.
Neil McKeegan has had his work cut out for him this season, regularly having a solid battle up front in the vet two men’s category. As published he is currently sitting second.

Prebbleton worlds :

Fionn Cullinane had his first taste of the podium in a A grade men’s road race, getting second at the winter worlds on June 9th.

Tinwald Junior tour:

Chloe Jenkins placed 3rd overall in the U15 girls
Jared Pidcock 3rd overall in the U15 boys
Brooke Hudson 4th in the U17 girls

New York Gran Fondo:

Carey and Margaret Wood travelled to the United States recently for a bit of R and R. And while there hit up the mighty 170km New York Gran Fondo with 7000 other people.
On that cold and wet day with only a 60% survival rate, the Wood’s did a great job flying the flag proudly for New Zealand. Margaret finished second in her category.

Triathalon / Duathlon:

Round one of the JD Duathlon series has been raced, with a big turn out on a beautiful clear winter’s day. Chloe Jenkins won the U15 girls grade, Jared Pidcock won the U15 boys and Emily Woods and Mitchell Podmore took out the mixed team event.

Gabby Gray wins the U19 girls Canterbury Duathlon champs and Rose Marshall-Lee places second in the U16 age group.
